PRP vacutainer tubes used in medical laboratories to hold samples for analysis. It contains a gel that helps separate plasma and red blood cells, allowing labs to test these components separately.

PRP vacutainer tubes are characterized by their special design, which contains anticoagulants to prevent clotting and a gel separator that helps separate platelet-rich plasma from other blood components. The PRP tubes also come with special stoppers that allow the separated PRP to be easily and safely transferred into separate syringes for injection. This feature ensures that the PRP is free of contamination and ready for clinical use, and one of the main benefits is its compatibility with standard centrifuges, allowing healthcare facilities to easily incorporate PRP treatments into their existing treatment regimens. PRP is widely used in dermatology, trichology, surgical oncology, gynecology, orthopedics, and aesthetic and regenerative medicine.

Reference for use:

To use PRP tubes with separation gel, first place the tube upright in the centrifuge. Cover and spin at approximately 2000g for 10 minutes. After spinning, carefully open the cap and set aside the remaining liquid at the top of the tube. Use a micropipette or other device to remove 1 ml of the buffy coat between the plasma and red blood cells and transfer it to another container for collection. Finally, discard the residual material or save it for further analysis if needed.

When undergoing PRP treatment, it is important to ensure that the procedure is completed under sterile conditions by a qualified medical professional.
