Separated Drill Rigs ZEGA D355C drill rig is a new type of high-efficiency and widely applicable rock drilling equipment that has been independently developed and manufactured after long market research. It is equipped with a low-speed high-torque hydraulic motor and a 18 MPa hydraulic system, which can be applied to various impact hammers of low, medium and high pressure. It is widely used in mining and national defense, transportation, hydropower and other rock excavation projects. The drilling rig has compact structure for easy operation, easy maintenance, low energy consumption and high efficiency, which greatly reduces the cost of compressed air in the rock drilling process. The drilling rig can travel alone without the power of the air compressor, which is a new type of ideal rock drilling equipment that is popular among users.

Q: What is the fault of the gear transmission breather leaking oil during operation?

A: Remove the oil pump to see which oil seal of the oil pump framework leaks, and replace the oil pump.

 

Q: How to adjust the propulsion pressure?

A: Push the turning head to the bottom (in the state of resistance) of the empty car, open the switch of the propulsion pressure gauge, and adjust the (4mm inner hexagon) overload valve on the opposite side of the propulsion lever to 8-10Mpa

 

Q: How to adjust the left travel pressure?

A: Turn on the left travel pressure gauge switch, insert a 2m drill pipe into the guide wheel hole (in the state of resistance), push the left travel handle to adjust the left travel side overflow valve to 16mpa
