Operations & Maintenance of Terrazzo Stone
Terrazzo Installation
A. Basic finishing
Clean up debris at the basic level and remove protrusions
Sweep evenly (water: ash=1:1) cement paste or adhesive paste
Mixing and leveling mortar
Cement: sand=1:3 (volume ratio), mix with water
Mix well until the "hands are formed, the hands will be loose" wet and dry state
Blending adhesive
Double components:
1. Pour 1 part of emulsion into the bucket;
2. Pour 3-4 parts of powder into the bucket;
3. Stir evenly until creamy, let stand and mature for 5-10 minutes;

Single component:
1. First come 1 part of water into the bucket;
2. Pour 3-4 parts of powder into the bucket;
3. Use after mixing until creamy.
Note: For viscous shape, the gray knife should be picked up and down for 5 seconds.
